E-Transcripts and Digital Signatures
We have available the most popular electronic format in the legal profession, the .ptx file (from RealLegal). There is a free viewer for attorneys and paralegals at ThomsonReuters.
In addition to the .ptx file, .pdf formats of the transcript are available. If you need summation and LiveNote files, we have those available upon request. All transcripts are digitally signed by the court reporter and distributed out by our production department.
E-Package: CD-ROM
Our e-transcript package CD-ROM comes available upon request, with the exception of certain types of transcripts. In this package, you will receive the .ptx file, all .pdf versions of the transcript (full size, condensed, word index), exhibits (scanned), the Amicus/ASCII file, and an .rtf file.
Web-Based Electronic Transfer
Quickly access downloadable transcripts of your completed deposition via WeTransfer. Our production department will notify you via email of transcript availability. From there, you will receive a link to your available downloads that never expires - or, if you prefer, we can set an expiration date for the link and the files will be deleted from our online repository.
We understand that some files are confidential. We also offer password protected transfers to ensure your files never fall into the wrong hands.
